Technical Support
It is the goal of Sparta Systems' Technical Support group to ensure that our customers' TrackWise systems are running optimally. Our technical support program includes problem resolution, tips and advice, and support for upgrades and questions regarding product functionality.
Sparta offers Standard and Premium Support and Maintenance options. Based on the level of support elected, customers receive helpdesk support for problem resolution, maintenance of the software release licensed by the customer, and either free or discounted upgrades for future releases for the duration of the contract.
