Service & Support Overview
Support needs vary greatly during system implementation and post production, ranging from on-site configuration services, to certification training, to a knowledgeable help desk for problem reports. Sparta Systems understands that all companies have unique distinctions in terms of company culture, IT resources, and business priorities. For this reason Sparta works closely with its customers to ensure that each client has the comprehensive services it needs to implement and support its TrackWise system.
Sparta's professional services group work collaboratively with clients throughout the planning, configuration design, and system implementation stages to analyze requirements, install TrackWise, and configure the system. IT has unmatched technical and project experience gained from over 300 implementations, which include quality management systems, environmental health and safety systems, change control systems, submission tracking, commitment tracking, audit management systems, IT service management, and others.
Sparta's internal technical support team provides the support required for troubleshooting issues and providing general assistance. Sparta uses its own TrackWise software to manage and escalate customer inquiries and actions, which helps to ensure fast response time to customer requests.
To maximize our customer's investment in TrackWise and speed acclimation, Sparta offers TrackWise Certification training for our customers' system administrators.
