The Sparta Channel Program provides opportunities for companies to partner with Sparta for joint marketing, sales, and support of Sparta's TrackWise enterprise process management software.
- Why partner with Sparta?

- How do I become a Partner?
Provide us with a little information about your company by completing the information request form or by contacting us at partners@sparta-systems.com. A Sparta Partner Manager will contact you and work directly with your team to determine partnership suitability and provide details of the application process.
- Who is eligible to become a channel partner?
Our valued partners are selected for their demonstrated expertise and unique contributions to their market segment or industry. Sparta's channel program was established to build the most knowledgeable and elite team of partners in those respective segments or industries today. If your organization is in the business of providing enterprise process management solutions to other companies, then we are interested in exploring partnership opportunities.
- What types of partnerships are available?

Partnerships are organized by category to address the precise business model of the partner. There are three main categories:
- Finder Alliance – refer leads to Sparta and assist with the sales process.
- Certified Sales Alliance – sell TrackWise and related services.
- Certified Solution Alliance – sell, implement, and support TrackWise and related services.
- Are there any enrollment fees or other upfront costs?
There are small enrollment fees, which vary by the partnership type and commitment level. Although Sparta does not require revenue commitments, Sparta does establish marketing targets and offers flexible options for partners to increase their percentage of royalty. Sparta works with partners to establish a mutually agreeable joint marketing and business plan set by both companies. This proven approach is designed to ensure quick successes, measurable performance, and serves as qualification for incentives.
- Is there training available?
Sparta provides sales and marketing, as well as technical and implementation training. To increase absorption rates and reduce time, training programs are intentionally rigorous and efficient. Classroom and online training sessions are held throughout the year.
- What type of marketing support is provided?
At the corporate level, Sparta endeavors to educate the market and promote Sparta's product, TrackWise. Sparta also performs market research and product development, product positioning, and promotion. Lead programs and co-marketing activities are conducted with partners as well.
