Presentation: Marijke Korteweg will provide a background of the EMEA’s organizational structure, discuss the framework of the EMEA’s integrated quality management (IQM) system and the factors that led to the evaluation and selection of TrackWise to automate the IQM system. In addition, Ms. Korteweg will address the steps that that EMEA took to insure a successful implementation, the benefits of an electronic, configurable QMS, and the lessons learned that will prepare the organization for future process automation.
