Sparta Systems Concludes another Successful TrackWise User Conference
Event Showcased Record Number of Attendees, Prominent Keynote Speakers and Workshops
Holmdel, NJ - November 13, 2007 - Sparta Systems, Inc (Sparta), the maker of TrackWise® and the market leader in enterprise quality and compliance management software, is pleased to announce the successful close of its Sixth Annual User Conference – held in October in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
Sparta Systems’ President and CEO, Ran J. Flam, opened the conference with a welcome presentation outlining the company's business strategy and the growing customer base. Mr. Flam’s presentation included an overview of the company’s plans for continued substantial growth. He addressed the increased awareness that quality is playing in all aspects of every organization and the trends in measuring organizations’ success and protecting their brand names and customer loyalty through quality operations. Mr. Flam also provided his commitment to continued investment in the company’s product growth, as well as new offerings in customer services and partnership opportunities.
This year's conference theme was innovation and highlighted the ways in which organizations use TrackWise to solve a multitude of quality, compliance and business operations issues with a fully configurable, web-based system. Customers and prospects attended informative presentations, breakout and workshop sessions, many of which were led or co-led by customers. Topics included Complaint Management, Supplier Quality Management Solutions, Best Practices in Quality Systems and Implementing Global Change Control Systems.
At the event, Sparta Systems also held The TrackWise Innovation Awards to recognize and honor customers that have implemented TrackWise to solve a unique business challenge, and have achieved significant business value as a result. The winners of the First Annual TrackWise Innovation Award were: Baxter Solutions, ImmucorGamma and Takeda Pharmaceuticals North America, Inc.
