Carter BloodCare to Implement TrackWise Enterprise Quality Management Solution
Holmdel, NJ - October 22, 2007 - Sparta Systems, Inc. (Sparta), the maker of TrackWise®, and the market leader in enterprise quality and compliance management software, announced that Carter BloodCare has selected and will implement TrackWise to help ensure their compliance with FDA guidelines for quality management.
While serving over 300 medical facilities in 54 counties in Texas, Carter BloodCare has always maintained the highest level of quality in every aspect of its operations. Today, both donors and those in need of blood donations can be assured that the nation’s blood supply is of the highest quality. Implementing TrackWise will provide Carter Bloodcare with a desired standardized solution to automate the various paper based processes used among the facilities. After an extensive evaluation of various systems, TrackWise was deemed the chosen solution for its ease of use, and ability to track and trend across all departments, while reducing IT administration.
The TrackWise business rules engine for automated workflow management capabilities will help manage the processes Carter Bloodcare has in place and will provide visibility into ways of streamlining and improving how employees manage their activities. The implementation of TrackWise will also be used to manage employee training, changes to procedures, auditing for compliance to procedures and to increase employee productivity by improving management of center-wide training policies and requirements.
