MacroGenics Inc. Selects Sparta Systems' TrackWise as its Quality Management System

Holmdel, NJ - April 30, 2007 – Sparta Systems, Inc., (Sparta), the maker of TrackWise®, and the market leader in enterprise quality and compliance process management software, today announced that MacroGenics Inc., a biotechnology company developing immunotherapeutics for autoimmune disorders, cancer, and infectious diseases, has selected TrackWise as its quality and regulatory compliance management system.

TrackWise is a web-based management software tool for electronically managing, tracking, and trending quality, regulatory, and organizational compliance processes and action items across the enterprise. TrackWise enables companies to reduce costs and streamline business operations by replacing disparate systems and inefficient paper-based processes with a centralized electronic workflow and reporting system.

As a rapid growth company, MacroGenics decided to proactively implement an enterprise quality management system, with the goal of implementing a streamlined, automated and paperless solution. After an extensive selection process MacroGenics selected TrackWise based on its widespread product capabilities and industry experience.

The implementation is scheduled to begin in early May at their Rockville, MD headquarters.
