Sparta Systems Announces Free TrackWise cGXP Solutions Seminars in California and Dublin, Ireland

Holmdel, NJ - February 28, 2006 – Sparta Systems, Inc. (Sparta) announced that it will hold two one-day seminars centered on implementing Quality Management solutions in life sciences companies. The seminars will include presentations on strategic planning for implementation of a Quality Management System (QMS), using a configurable, flexible QMS software solution to design a cost-efficient quality and regulatory compliance platform, management's role in the successful implementation of a QMS and leveraging the benefits of an effective QMS company-wide.

The seminars will also showcase TrackWise®, Sparta's enterprise quality and regulatory management compliance software, and demonstrate how it has been implemented in small, medium, and large companies for management of CAPAs, Complaints, Deviations, Change Control, Environmental Health & Safety Incidents, Audits, Observations and other compliance related processes.

The first seminar is planned for April 5, 2006 at the Portmarnock Hotel & Golf Links in Dublin, Ireland, and the other is planned for May 10, 2006 at the Sheraton Gateway Hotel in Burlingame, CA, USA. Both one-day events will feature presentations by TrackWise customers, product specialists, and industry experts, and will include live demonstrations of TrackWise. Speakers for the Burlingame seminar include industry experts from PDL BioPharma and Third Wave Technologies. Attendees will learn from their peers how to leverage the benefits of TrackWise company-wide, as well as have the opportunity to participate in an interactive discussion on relevant industry topics. Both events are complimentary for qualified registrants.
