New Audit Management Tool for TrackWise® QMS Software

Holmdel, NJ - June 21, 2004 – The new TrackWise Audit Manager™ software adds functionality to the standard TrackWise® (QMS) Quality Management System, to provide auditors with a unique tool to create and maintain audit templates and to build audit questionnaires and checklists for specific audits. The Audit Manager™ enhances existing TrackWise® capabilities for audit observations and corrective/preventive action workflow management. This add-on tool is now available from the market leading quality tracking software developer, Sparta Systems, Inc.

The Audit Manager™ provides an audit team with the ability to capture audit information, including answers to specific questions, ratings, scores and audit observations. Auditors need not be connected to the centralized TrackWise® database. Offline functionality is user friendly, allowing members of the audit team to export their assigned audit questions to a local Excel® file. This totally automated capability significantly reduces work, as auditors can now complete all tasks either in the web-based TrackWise Audit Manager™ tool, or in a standard Excel® file. The Audit Manager™ enables the user to automatically upload answers, scores and observations and other data that was captured offline, back to the TrackWise® QMS database. This exclusive template concept adds additional efficiencies, as questionnaires can be applied over and over again to future audits.
