TrackWise to Enable Celerity to Reduce Costs and Streamline Business Operations with a Centralized System for Field Reporting and Factory Production Quality Analysis
Holmdel, NJ and San Jose, CA - March 25, 2008 - Sparta Systems, Inc., (Sparta), the market leader in enterprise quality and compliance management software, today announced that Celerity Inc. has selected its TrackWise Quality Management System and USJade Corp., a leading enterprise systems integration firm, to implement TrackWise for Field Reporting and Factory Production Quality Analysis. Celerity is a leader in the design, engineering, and manufacturing of precision instruments and advanced gas and liquid delivery solutions for the global semiconductor and related electronics markets.
This project builds on USJade’s rich history of teaming with Celerity to implement solutions including its Oracle eBusiness Suite ERP applications and an online customer service portal solution based on Oracle CRM and USJade domain knowledge for management of the RMA process.
TrackWise is a Web-based quality management software tool for electronically managing, tracking and trending quality, regulatory and organizational compliance processes and action items across the enterprise. It enables companies to reduce costs and streamline business operations by replacing disparate systems and inefficient paper-based processes with a centralized electronic workflow and reporting system.
