TrackWise® Streamlines Business Processes for PharmaMar’s CMC and Pharma Operations

PharmaMar, based in Madrid, Spain, turned to Sparta Systems to get an IT solution that would meet the company’s rigorous standards of quality management and continuous improvement. The organization was looking for a configurable tool that could scale to meet the needs of its global operations and chose the TrackWise software based on its sterling reputation and proven track record of implementations in government and life sciences institutions worldwide.

The company will begin the implementation using the Deviations, Investigations, and Corrective and Preventative Actions modules, with additional plans to roll out the Change Control and Audits functionality in the next phase of implementation. Using these features, PharmaMar can track and manage all quality-related issues electronically, furthering its goal of achieving optimal efficiency in its global operations and moving to a paperless reporting system.
