Mr. Flam is responsible for the overall management, legal, finances, and business development activities of Sparta Systems Europe, Ltd. As Sparta's general counsel, Mr. Flam is also responsible for legal matters within Sparta Systems Inc.

Mr. Flam originally joined Sparta in 1998 in the sales department. After leaving to attend law school, Mr. Flam rejoined the company in 2002 in the capacity of Business Development Manager and General Counsel where he was responsible for managing the sales department, developing strategic relationships and overseeing legal matters. In May 2004, Mr. Flam co-established Sparta Systems Europe, which today is responsible for all growth outside of the US.

Mr. Flam holds a joint B.S. degree in Finance and Political Science from the Rutgers University School of Business and a Jurist Doctorate from the George Washington University Law Center, Washington D.C.
