Michael Broderson

Vice President, Professional Services & Customer Care

Mr. Broderson’s responsibilities at Sparta Systems, Inc. include all aspects of the post sales
activities including staffing, training, and managing professional services and project managers.

Before joining Sparta, Mr. Broderson worked as a Project Manager for Valaran, a start up, leading
the way in next generation Telephone Systems integration. Prior to Valaran, Mr. Broderson also
worked as a consultant on various multinational projects while employed at BusinessEdge
Solutions, and PriceWaterHouse Coopers. Through his various positions Mr. Broderson has
been responsible for every aspect of a project from design through Go-Live, and up to Project
Management.

Mr. Broderson holds both a B.S. in Management Information Systems, and a B.S. in Accounting
from Florida State University.
