Libby Klayman

Vice President, Finance

Ms. Klayman's responsibilities at Sparta include overseeing the company's general accounting, financial reporting, financial compliance, tax and treasury, billing system, and credit and collections.

Ms. Klayman has recently joined Sparta after having worked as a Manager at WithumSmith+Brown, a large regional public accounting firm. While there she served as a manager in the accounting and auditing department and serviced clients in a variety of different industries including emerging growth and high technology companies. For the past six years, Ms. Klayman has worked closely with Sparta as one of her key client accounts. Ms. Klayman is a summa cum laude graduate of Kean University with a B.S. in Accounting. She is also a member of American Society of Certified Public Accountants, and New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.
