Mr. Karu supports Sparta's strategic enterprise accounts, while concurrently serving as a mentor and coach for other members of the sales force.

Mr. Karu joined Sparta when it first began to focus its market strategy on the life sciences and has helped secure its first major accounts in the pharmaceutical industry. Mr. Karu is a quality management and 21 CFR Part 11 subject matter expert and respected member of the FDA regulated community, contributing as a member of ISPE and PDA. He participates in GAMP Forum meetings and at various seminars, and has been an industry presenter at meetings and conferences regarding 21 CFR Part 11 and cGMP process issues.

Mr. Karu has over twenty years of experience helping pharmaceutical, diagnostic and biotechnology firms manage and control critical records, reports and submissions. He sold some of the earliest computer-based solutions for document management in the quality and regulatory areas. His past experience includes both sales and sales management.
