Sr. Systems Analyst

Lead implementation, configuration, and technical support of Track Wise (a Quality Management Software developed by the company) to track and manage industrial production processes for FDA regulated industries.
Analyze business and functional requirements of customers. Install and configure TrackWise at various client sites.
Perform system testing. Develop validation procedures.
Implement TrackWise in accordance with laws/regulations, Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), and FDA regulations.
Confer with customer to evaluate/develop logical workflows and processes.
Design and program system reports with Crystal Reports applications. Integrate the TrackWise to Legacy and ERP systems when required.
Train system administrators in overall TrackWise configuration and reporting tools; train end-users on TrackWise tracking applications.
Travels 100% to customer's sites across the US. Weekend traveling required.

MS degree in Industrial Engineering and Management + 3 years experience in the job offer or related occupation as Project Manager.
BS degree in Industrial Engineering and Management + 5 years exp. in the job offered or related occupation as Project Manager is also acceptable.
