Sr. Systems Analyst

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead implementation, configuration, and technical support of Track Wise (a Quality Management Software developed by the company) to track and manage industrial production processes for FDA regulated industries.
  • Analyze business and functional requirements of customers. Install and configure TrackWise at various client sites.
  • Perform system testing. Develop validation procedures.
  • Implement TrackWise in accordance with laws/regulations, Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), and FDA regulations.
  • Confer with customer to evaluate/develop logical workflows and processes.
  • Design and program system reports with Crystal Reports applications. Integrate the TrackWise to Legacy and ERP systems when required.
  • Train system administrators in overall TrackWise configuration and reporting tools; train end-users on TrackWise tracking applications.
  • Travels 100% to customer's sites across the US. Weekend traveling required.

Qualifications

  • MS degree in Industrial Engineering and Management + 3 years experience in the job offer or related occupation as Project Manager.
  • BS degree in Industrial Engineering and Management + 5 years exp. in the job offered or related occupation as Project Manager is also acceptable.
