Documentum Internal Support Specialist
Job Function:
This position is for a Documentum Internal Support Specialist. The position is responsible for internal support for the integrated usage of a Documentum Platform within a TrackWise Solution. The support includes assistance in the following areas:
- Implementation: Working with on-site Product Specialists to support the installation and implementation of the complete solution encompassing both TrackWise and Documentum technology.
- Help Desk: Assist with Help Desk support issues; working with members of our Customer Support team to resolved escalated Documentum related calls.
- Product Development: Product Development support, liaison with R&D - documenting enhancements and assisting senior staff in responding to customer needs and requests.
Required Qualifications:
- BA/BS Degree in Information Systems or equivalent
- Proven experience of at least 2 years of implementing Documentum – configuration of Life Cycle, Workflow, Security Model and overall Architecture.
- Self-starter who is reliable and able to execute special assignments and tasks, and has the experience to work independently and prioritize work to meet deadlines
- General experience with enterprise software application implementation.
- Strong written and communication skills
- Familiarity with database management systems (DBMS) such as Oracle or MS SQL Server
